RSRT Construction serves homeowners and commercial property owners in Boulder County, Broomfield and the northwest Denver metro. Below are our finished residential projects, by city. We also build custom homes and home additions, and take on new commercial construction, commercial remodels and build-outs.

Superior
More of our finished projects are in Superior than in any other town: full kitchen remodels, a kitchen made bigger inside the house, a first-floor remodel and open-concept kitchens, including one where we removed a load-bearing wall.
Boulder
A full interior renovation with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and new floors, and an open-concept kitchen and dining remodel where the dividing walls came out.
Broomfield
Two primary bathroom remodels: one with a frameless glass shower and soaking tub, one with a walk-in shower with bench seating.
Louisville
A full kitchen renovation with a large waterfall island, quartz countertops, a custom backsplash and open shelving, plus a remodeled half bath.
Longmont
A master suite remodel built around a frameless glass steam shower, with a freestanding soaking tub, a floating double vanity and new shelves, drawers and hanging rods in the walk-in closet.
Westminster
A main-floor remodel: walls removed and a large structural beam added to connect the kitchen, dining and living areas.
Arvada
A custom home we designed and built, with open-concept living, a stone fireplace and wide-plank hardwood floors.
