We remodel kitchens and bathrooms and remove load-bearing walls to open up floor plans in Superior, Louisville, Boulder, Broomfield and nearby towns. We also build home additions and custom homes, and are licensed for commercial work. Owners Alex and Sergei do the walkthrough, write a line-item estimate, stay on the job and do their own plumbing and electrical.

Our old wood deck was spongy and unsafe. Alex walked us through options and explained what was actually wrong with the framing. RSRT tore everything down, rebuilt the structure properly, and installed a composite surface with metal railings. The new deck feels solid and there are no wobbly posts or loose boards. They also cleaned up the yard better than any contractor we’ve used before.

We wanted to open up our kitchen to the living room and kept getting vague answers from other contractors about ‘maybe needing a beam’. RSRT brought in an engineer, installed the LVL, and handled all the drywall and finish work so you’d never know a wall used to be there. The new kitchen layout is exactly what we sketched out, and they stayed on top of dust control so we could live in the house during the work.

How it works

A clear process, in writing

No pushy sales. You see the scope and the price before any work starts, and changes are agreed in writing.

  1. Project walkthrough

    We look at the space and talk through what you want. Walkthroughs typically take 30-45 minutes.

  2. Written line-item estimate

    You get the work broken into line items, so it is clear what is included and what each part costs.

  3. Permits & inspections

    We handle permits and coordinate inspections where required. Work is done to code.

  4. Build, with the owners

    You talk directly with the owners while the work gets done. Any change is handled with a written change order.

Who you'll work with

Work directly with the owners

RSRT Construction is run by Alex and Sergei. The owners you meet at the walkthrough are the people you talk to while the work gets done.

They also do the hands-on work: framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, paint and finish work. They hold Colorado electrical and plumbing licenses. That means fewer hand-offs, and the people who planned your job are the ones building it. Roofing and concrete go to crews we work with regularly, when a job needs them.
