What our Superior projects involved
Every Superior project here includes kitchen work, and several also changed the structure of the house. At one home we came back about six months later to build a back deck with a wood pergola.
Opening up a closed-off layout
In one home we removed a major load-bearing wall and installed new structural supports, then added a large island and custom cabinetry. The kitchen now opens straight into the living room.

One was a kitchen extension inside the house: we made the kitchen bigger by taking in space within the existing outside walls, and added a structural beam wrapped in dark rustic hardwood. Another opened up the main floor into a kitchen with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and new white oak floors, as part of a remodel of the entire first floor.

A modern kitchen with a full-height quartz backsplash and waterfall island, and a two-tone kitchen with a new sliding patio door. In the Alma kitchen, we took out the wall between the bay window and the wall cabinets and added a large new island, so the kitchen and dining area are now one open space.

What to expect on a Superior project
The same way we work everywhere: a walkthrough at your home (typically 30-45 minutes), a written line-item estimate, and you work directly with the owners, Alex and Sergei. They do the framing, plumbing, electrical, tile and finish work themselves, with Colorado plumbing and electrical licenses. We handle permits and coordinate inspections where required.

We wanted to open up our kitchen to the living room and kept getting vague answers from other contractors about ‘maybe needing a beam’. RSRT brought in an engineer, installed the LVL, and handled all the drywall and finish work so you’d never know a wall used to be there. The new kitchen layout is exactly what we sketched out, and they stayed on top of dust control so we could live in the house during the work.

We bought a 90s house that needed everything on the main floor updated. RSRT handled wall removals, new LVL beams, kitchen re-layout, flooring, and trim. We always knew what was happening the next week and any changes were written down with clear pricing. Inspections passed the first time and the crew was respectful of our neighbors.
