Privacy notice
What happens to the details you send us, in plain English.

Who we are
This website belongs to RSRT Construction LLC, a general contractor in Colorado. Questions about this notice or your information: email info@rsrt.construction or call (720) 392-4297.
What the estimate form collects
When you send an estimate request, we receive what you type or attach:
- the project type and your description of the project;
- timing and budget, if you choose them;
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the project's street address, city and ZIP code;
- any photos, plans or PDFs you attach.
You don't have to use the form. You can call or email us instead.
Why we use it
We use it to review your project, contact you about it, schedule a walkthrough and prepare your estimate. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Where it goes
- Supabase (database and file storage) stores your request and any files you attach.
- Postmark (email delivery) sends us an email with your request, so we see it quickly. It goes to our own inbox only; the form does not email anyone else.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Google Maps (address suggestions): what you type in the street address box is sent through our server to Google, so Google can suggest matching addresses. When you pick one, Google sends back the full address to fill in. Your name, phone and email are not sent to Google. Address suggestions are a Google Maps feature, covered by the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
These companies handle the information on our behalf to provide their service. We share it with anyone else only if the law requires it.
We keep estimate requests as long as we need them for your project and our business records, then delete them.
Photos and files you attach
Before upload, your browser resizes most photos to make them smaller. This also removes the hidden location data many phone cameras add. PDFs, and photos your browser can't resize (for example some iPhone HEIC photos), are uploaded as they are.
Each file is stored under a long, random web link, and that link is included in the email we receive. The link is hard to guess but not password-protected: anyone who has the exact link can open the file. Please don't attach documents with sensitive details, such as account numbers or IDs.
Reviews
If we send you a review link and you leave a review, the name you enter, your star rating and your review text are published on this website.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits, see how people find this website, and see how many people call us or send an estimate request. Google sets cookies to do this. Google Analytics does not receive what you type into the estimate form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on.
After you send the form, your browser keeps your first name in its temporary session storage so the thank-you page can greet you by name. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
To show our projects and reviews, pages load photos and text from our Supabase account, which, like any web server, sees your IP address when your browser requests them.
Your choices
Email info@rsrt.construction to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have your request and files deleted.
Using this website
The estimate form uses Google Maps features and content to suggest addresses. Your use of these Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
