RSRT Construction is an owner-run general contractor based in Thornton, Colorado. Alex and Sergei formed RSRT Construction LLC in 2024. They have spent about 20 years building and remodeling. The same two owners who walk through your house with you stay on the job until it is finished.
We started RSRT Construction LLC in 2024. The company is new, but the work isn't: Alex and Sergei have about 20 years of experience in building and remodeling.
We do the hands-on work ourselves: framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile and finish work, and our own painting crew does the painting. Plumbing and electrical stay with us because we hold Colorado licenses for both. If a job needs roofing or concrete, we bring in crews we use regularly. With fewer hand-offs, the people who planned your job are also the people building it.

Most of these jobs end with paint. We have our own painting crew, so that last step stays with RSRT instead of going to another company.
You see the scope and the price in writing before work starts, and any change is agreed in writing too.
Call or send the estimate form. We usually reply within a few hours, and Alex and Sergei come out to look at the space. Walkthroughs typically take 30-45 minutes.
Each part of the job gets its own line, so you can see what is included and where the money goes.
When a wall or beam needs it, a qualified engineer sizes the beam. We pull permits when the job needs them and coordinate inspections where required.
Alex and Sergei stay on the job and are the people you talk to. If the work or the price changes, it goes on a written change order you approve before that work starts.

RSRT Construction LLC is licensed, including a commercial contractor license. Colorado has no statewide license for general contractors, so licensing is local. We're licensed in Superior, Boulder, Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton, Lakewood, Littleton and other nearby towns, and we confirm the license for your town.
We don't list license numbers on the website. Ask by phone or at the walkthrough and we'll share them.
Alex and Sergei hold Colorado plumbing and electrical licenses and do that work themselves.
We carry liability insurance of $2 million per occurrence.
We pull permits when the job needs them, and inspections happen at each stage where required. When a beam is needed, an engineer sizes it, so it's specified, not guessed.
Our work comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty.
