Remodeling client reviews

I’ve had two projects (bathroom remodel and flooring) done with this crew and both were done well and professionally. The guys took care of belongings that had to be moved and were easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend.

I could not recommend Alex and Sergei more highly. Their attention to detail, professionalism and skills are unmatched. We have used them for several projects and will not use anyone else. They are incredible!

We had a great experience with Alex, Serg - the RSRT team. Our bathroom turned out better than we imagined! They were professional, reliable, and detail-oriented throughout the process. Clean, knowledgeable, and the best contractor experience we’ve had - highly recommend!

After remodeling our kitchen a few years ago, we knew who to call for our master bath. The new design is clean, modern, and perfectly done - great craftsmanship as always.

Our old wood deck was spongy and unsafe. Alex walked us through options and explained what was actually wrong with the framing. RSRT tore everything down, rebuilt the structure properly, and installed a composite surface with metal railings. The new deck feels solid and there are no wobbly posts or loose boards. They also cleaned up the yard better than any contractor we’ve used before.

We wanted to open up our kitchen to the living room and kept getting vague answers from other contractors about ‘maybe needing a beam’. RSRT brought in an engineer, installed the LVL, and handled all the drywall and finish work so you’d never know a wall used to be there. The new kitchen layout is exactly what we sketched out, and they stayed on top of dust control so we could live in the house during the work.

We bought a 90s house that needed everything on the main floor updated. RSRT handled wall removals, new LVL beams, kitchen re-layout, flooring, and trim. We always knew what was happening the next week and any changes were written down with clear pricing. Inspections passed the first time and the crew was respectful of our neighbors. The house feels brand new without weird shortcuts hiding behind paint.

RSRT finished our unfinished basement and turned it into the most used part of our house. Framing, bathroom, bar, and an office were all done exactly how we talked about during the walkthrough. Alex kept us updated around inspections so nothing was a surprise. Clean crew, no drama, and the end result looks like it was always part of the house

From the first walkthrough it was obvious Alex knew basements. He flagged egress, head height, and mechanical issues before we signed anything. The finished space has a bedroom, a media room, and a small workout area. The inspections and paperwork were all handled, and they coordinated with our low-voltage guy without stepping on toes. The basement doesn’t feel like an afterthought - it feels like part of the original house.

Serg and Alex remodeled our kids’ bathroom and the hall bath at the same time. They helped us pick durable finishes and explained where it made sense to spend more money and where it didn’t. Tile work is dead straight, no gaps around fixtures, and they fixed a venting issue from the original builder while they were in the walls. Zero pressure, just honest communication.

We hired Alex to gut our dated master bath and build a new walk-in steam shower. They handled demo, waterproofing, tile, glass, and coordinated the electrician and plumber. The steam unit and controls were installed correctly the first time and they were picky about slopes and drain details. They protected the rest of the house and kept to the schedule they gave us.

RSRT rebuilt our back deck and stairs which were starting to pull away from the house. They reframed it correctly into the structure, replaced all the posts, and added lighting on the stairs. Everything feels rock solid now. Schedule and pricing matched the estimate and any small changes were talked through before they did them.
